Gado-gado

My first post is about food. It's because I love eating. And I chose Gado-gado to be the first subject because this is one of my favorite food. Well, actually all kinds of food are my favorite food. :))))

In English, Gado-gado means hodgepodge. Yap..!! Like its name, this food, which is alike with salad, has hodgepodge ingredients. You can put anykind of boiled vegetables or side dish you like. You can put boiled eggs, tofu, water spinach, boiled potatoes, long beans, cucumber, etc. But sure do, you have to put vegetables because the mostly the ingredients are vegetable. One thing that you have to put is peanut sauce for its dressing. Otherwise, we cant call it gado-gado. In the end, you have to stir all the ingredient and then VOILA! You get very delicious thing to eat.. Hmm... Yummy Yummy!
